- Petulant leftists see the Supreme Court as a pathway towards whatever they desire, regardless of the political reality.
- Chief Justice John Roberts is risking both a constitutional crisis and his fellow justice’s well-being by refusing to issue the Supreme Court’s majority opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.
“Of course they came for Brett Kavanaugh” Amber Athey, Spectator World: “An incident like this seemed almost inevitable after the draft opinion overturning Roe was leaked last month. Pro-abortion protesters quickly created maps of the conservative Supreme Court justices’ homes and illegally picketed outside day and night. Pro-life pregnancy centers and churches have been repeatedly vandalized and firebombed. These were clear attempts to intimidate the justices into changing their opinion. The White House did the bare minimum and condemned the attempted murder of Kavanaugh. In a statement to the press, deputy press secretary Andrew Bates said that Biden ‘is grateful to law enforcement for quickly taking him into custody’ … Any sane person knows it was just a matter of time before someone tried to whack a Supreme Court justice, and the Biden administration’s decision to egg on those protesters is further proof of their stunning incompetence.”

- The recent murder of a retired federal judge and this alleged assassination attempt directly threaten civil order and society as a whole.
- Republicans are attempting to smear Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer because he addressed Kavanaugh in a speech two years ago.
- This needs to be a major wake-up call for all Americans given how close we came to a personal tragedy and constitutional crisis.

As if that were not enough… Maryland police arrested a man with a gun and a knife near Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s D.C.-area home. … He’s been charged with attempted murder. … The breakdown of the rule of law is all around us. … But if one had to pick the most ominous for the rule of law, it is Judge Roemer’s killing. … When judicial officers are killed for having done their job, the threat is to all of our safety. A recent poll shows public approval of the Supreme Court is declining. This followed the leaked draft that suggested Roe v. Wade could be overturned. While 45% disapproved of the nation’s highest court in March, that number checked in at 55% last month (Marquette University Law School).
Meanwhile, a poll conducted in January found that 34% of Americans feel violence against the government is “sometimes justified” (Washington Post/University of Maryland).

Yes, because nothing is ever done to the Liberals when they suggest violence and then it is carried out by their followers. Just like Senator Schumer, ANTIFA, BLM, etc. Yet, January 6 is the only thing important to Democrats and RINOs, because they hate life, liberty, and true justice.
With respect, this is a silly question. There has already been a credible threat against a Supreme Court Justice. And threats of this kind will continue as long as our enforcement of the Law depends on the political views of the Attorney General and various other Law enforcement officials. The current AG is a disgrace to his oath of office and the Legal profession generally. Thank goodness he is not on the Supreme Court.

Yes. Those threats need to be stopped and the perpetrators punished to the full extent of the law.
Absolutely there will be more. As long as Schumer is not at the least charged with inciting this and impeached it will signal to all that this is okay. And Nancy seems to enjoy inciting the hate and blocked the passage of the bill to protect the justices – next, she and Whoopie will be calling for the death of her bishop who is following his religion and not her politics. This strongly implies that Democrats are death wishers and haters. They sit on their kangaroo court and smear their filth on the American media while the rest of the American public wishes they had the kind of job they do – doing nothing except taking kickbacks and spending Americans into the poorhouse.
As a country, we were already becoming more violent. Like the many other problems, it got worse with the pandemic. It shows no sign of letting up so I believe there will be many more threats. We have lost control of our emotions to the point that referees are in short supply. I live in the Phoenix area, and it is a true shortage along with lifeguards. We have record breaking heat but only half of Phoenix pools are open. The reason, people are treating them so poorly that they can’t find enough people to open the rest. That was the number one reason, people being crappy. Until this changes, it will only get worse.
